Born in Santiago Chile, in 1949.
He studies Art at the Fine Art School of the University of Chile
and at the Emerald School in México.
His painting does not belong to any particular artistic current.
Their personages, loaded of irony, try to achieve a direct dialog with the
public. "Painting, he says, it is my space of freedom, and
through it, I invite the public to coexist with it,
in something as a shared theater".
He continuously exhibits abroad through the
Aberbach Fine Art Gallery of
New York,
with which, he has been joined since 1987.
Also through the FJAC - Grand
Palais of Paris.
He is one of the most successful Chilean
painters at the present time.
His name has widely left Chilean borders.
At the international circuit of the art market,
some of his painting have been sold
in more than US$ 25,000. -
