Born in Renaico (South of Chile) in 1940.
In the Teachers Training Collegue of
the city of Victoria he gets the degree as
Professor of Basic Education
with mention in Fine Arts.
He moves to Viņa del Mar thirty years ago.
He enters the Fine Arts School .
He mastered in fine Arts in 1972.
Irma Arévalo was his teacher in painting
and Carlos Hermosilla guided him
in the engraving art.
During six years, he also studied Art History
with the Professor Rómulo Trebbi.
Today , his name is among the most outstandings
painters of the Province of Valparaiso
He has a unique pictoric style,
a unique way to express himself artistically.
He has deserved numerous
Prizes and Honour Mentions,
among them
five First Prizes
granted by the Teachers Counsil.
