Chilean painter.
Born in 1943, in Concepción, Chile
In 1968 he starts his way to the painting. The watercolorist
Iván Contreras was his first art teacher.
1969-1970 he participates with other artists, among them:
Albino Echeverría, Jaime Fica,Jaime Fierro and Hector Ramírez,
in a group that soon becomes famous
because of
great murals and decoration on china .
1971 - 1973, he continues his art studies
in the University
of Chile with the Master Luis Lobo Parga.
Since 1975 to 1980 he was part of the Permanent Exhibitors
of the Sans-Souci Art Gallery in Caracas, Venezuela.
He had,in that time, the honor to share gallery with
the Famous Ecuatorian Master Osvaldo Guayasamín.
He exhibits also in Perú and Colombia.
In 1989 he travels to Spain.
He exhibits in Madrid.
Calderon Abos-Padilla is a very well known chilean painter.
