Fernando Morales  Jordán

Born in Santiago, Chile in 1920.

In 1939 he enters the School of Fine Arts, where
he received lessons from two great Master Painters:
Augusto Equiluz and Jorge Caballero.
Performing as "General Commissioner of Exhibitions",
he should travel throughout all the
south american and the european countries,
as also to Senegal,Morocco and the Soviet Union.

For many years he also was a very well known
Professor at the School of Fine Arts in Santiago, Chile.
During his artistic trajectory he achieved numerous
Prizes of Honor and First Medals.

Among them:
Silver Medal,"Official Hall"
Gold Medal,"National Hall"
Acquisition Prize,"Hall Viña del Mar"
Prize of Honor,"Autumn Hall Viña del Mar"
"Germany Embassy Prize" and many others.

His paintings has been acquired for Art collectors from:
Switzerland, the United States and Germany.
We can also find some of his artworks at
The Museum of Fine Art in Viña del Mar,
the Museum of Fine Art in Valparaíso and
the Russian Museum L`Hermitage in Moscow.

He died in 2003.
