The information about your credit card will be asked for directly by Transbank, which means that Mar Pau and/or third parties do not have any access to it, since the data will be sent "codified " under a secure form which is enabled with SSL protocol. Packing Packing Cost will not be charged. Packing can be made in two diferent ways: a) mounted on the streching bars(bastidor). The painting is placed in between polycarbonates sheets. b) Without the streching bars(s) (bastidor). In this case the panel(s) will be sent inside of a plastic tube. This option is used for paintings which size is over 120 cms.

Delivery inside of Chile. No cost will be charged to you. Ground transportation will be used, except for Punta Arenas, to where the paintings will be sent by plane.

Delivery outside of Chile. A.- For Sud and North American Countries, Europe, Africa, Asia y Australia Your order will be sent: Option 1: through the International Services of Correos de Chile. Approach value of this service: USD 60.00 to USD 120.00. This cost will be added to the value of the painting. It takes more or less 15 to 20 days to arrive to your given address. Option2: Through any World Wide Express Delivery Systems,DHL - FedEX or any other you may choose. Approach value of this service: Higher USD 150.00. Delivery cost will be added to the value of the painting(s) you are buying.It takes more or less 5 days to arrive to your given address. Very Special Offer.Valid for Sud America, North America and Europe. 1.- No cost of transportation for paintings which value is below US $150.- 2.- No cost of transportation for paintings which size is below 30cms (30x30).

Custom Taxes. The value of chilean Tax is included in the value of the painting. In case that there were any custom taxes in the country of destination, this cost should be cancelled for the buyer.

Authenticity Certificate. All the pieces are backed in their authenticity by Mar Pau Art Gallery, and/or by the artist author of the acquired paintings. EXPORTATION SEAL All the paintings that are sent outside of Chile must take a Seal of Exportation that is given for the National Museum of Fine Arts of Chile. The cost of this Seal it depends of the value of the paintings. It is approach USD 30.000 to USD 80.00. This cost will be added to the value of the painting. NOTE.The paintings and other artworks which price will be less than USD 150.00, they don't need to take this Exportation Seal.

Reception of your purchase. Your order will be at the place you have indicated in no longer than 20 days after your payment has been credited. Please, let us know as soon as you receive the painting (s).

Returns. If you are not completely satisfied with the panel(s) you receive, Mar Pau grants you the right to give it back. Refunds.-Full Refund guarantee on all purchases. Once the panel has been received in the same conditions that it was sent by Mar Pau,then we will reimburse the value of your purchase by means of a bank check in US dollars sent to your given address.
